2012 MEMBERSHIP FEES
If you plan to pay your dues in full, they are due no later than May 31, 2012
or installments of one-half by March 31, 2012 with the balance due by May 31, 2012.
If you plan to make automatic monthly payments through your bank, dues must be paid in full by December 31, 2012
so be sure that you take the total due from your statement and
divide by the number of months left in 2012 when you set up the payment amount.

If dues are not paid in full, or arrangements not made for monthly payments by May 31, 2012 members do not have the right to use the facility.
If you are signing up for League play, please make sure that payment arrangements have been made prior to signing up.

The rules for play at Pine Lake Country Club are published on a sign on the #1 Tee box.

  Single Membership --- $460.00

   Junior Membership --- $97.00
(with tax -- $103.79)

Reciprocal / Out of Town Membership* --- $335.00
(with tax -- $358.45)
*Out of Town Members must belong to another Iowa Golf Association Member Club and live
at least 5 miles from the Courthouse Square.

Social Membership** --- $150.00
(with tax -- $160.50)
**Entitled to four 9-hole rounds of golf per membership, per year.
